Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for accurately identifying dendrobium candidum base sources by utilizing a chloroplast genome large single copy region (LSC). The method comprises the following specific steps of: (1) DNA extraction and sequencing; (2) splicing of chloroplast genomes; (3) chloroplast genome LSC sequence acquisition and comparison; (4) clustering, comparing and identifying; and (5)result judgment. According to the invention, the method for germplasm identification by utilizing the chloroplast genome large single copy region (LSC) sequence is established mainly aiming at the problem that the dendrobium candidum base source is difficult to effectively identify based on the prior art.
