According to the invention, CFD-DEM coupling is used; the flow guide effect of the flow guide plate is used; motion states and distribution rules of material particles under different flow guide parameters and fan speeds are simulated, and the rotation angle of the flow guide plate and the fan speed are further guided and optimized,so that the material accumulation state is changed through an airflow field, quick and uniform drying of marine products is realized, and the system has the advantages of high efficiency, automation,continuity and the like. 本发明涉及一种海产品加工船舶在海上遇到大风浪时船体剧烈摇摆情况下容易出现物料堆积现象的抗风浪摇摆布料系统及均匀干制方法。本发明通过CFD-DEM耦合,并借助导流板的导流作用,仿真模拟物料颗粒在不同导流参数及风机速度下的运动状态及分布规律,进一步指导优化导流板的旋转角度及风机速度,从而通过气流场改变物料堆积状态,实现海产品的快速均匀干制,具有高效化、自动化、连续化等优点。
