Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a hot and cold water mixing faucet having a resin-made shell, the axial length of the shell being short so that the shell can be miniaturized, and first and second discharge ports being arranged at the center of the shell. The hot and cold water mixing faucet is provided with a switching mechanism (20) and a discharge flow path forming member (30). The switching mechanism switches discharge ports for discharging hot-cold mixed water from a hot and cold water mixing mechanism through one of the first discharge port (4) and the second discharge port. The dischargeflow path forming member is housed in the shell and forms first and second flow paths for supplying hot-cold mixed water from switching mechanism for the first discharge port and the second dischargeport.
