A stud is processed through processes of acid pickling, quenching, tempering, thread rolling and tooth grinding, destressing treatment, surface treatment and the like, tooth grinding treatment is adopted, tissues obtained after heat treatment is not affected by cold machining plastic deformation, and strengthand toughness of the material are improved.
