Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an application of an ATAF2 protein and related biological materials thereof in regulating and controlling the Oidium heveae resistance of plants. The application comprises thefollowing steps: analyzing wild Arabidopsis inoculated with Oidium heveae, wherein after 4 days after inoculation, significant up-regulation expression of an arabidopsis transcription factor ATAF2 isfound and it is speculated that ATAF2 is induced by the Oidium heveae to be expressed, and further verifying an arabidopsis mutant ataf2 through Oidium heveae inoculation experiment to find that the ataf2 mutant shows a phenotype of being infected with the Oidium heveae and the Oidium heveae resistance of Arabidopsis can be positively regulated and ATAF2 and EDS1 can directly interact through GSTpull-down and co-immunoprecipitation experiments.
