The invention discloses an intelligent kitchen garbage can. The intelligent kitchen garbage can comprises a can body with an opening at the top and a rubber ring airtight can cover capable of being opened and closed manually. The can body is divided into an upper chamber, a middle chamber and a lower chamber through an upper partition board and a lower partition board. Kitchen garbage is crushed through a composite crushing cutter bit at the bottom of the upper chamber, gets into a fermentation chamber arranged in the middle chamber, is promoted to be fermented and dried through a catalyst andtemperature control, gets into a compost chamber arranged in the lower chamber and then is squeezed through a squeeze platform to be subjected to compression molding in the compost chamber. The intelligent kitchen garbage can converts the kitchen garbage into dry and stable organic fertilizer easy to apply quantitatively through a series of process including crushing, sterilizing, fermenting, drying and compressing from
