The automobile parking brake hand brake comprises a release rod, a handle and a support, wherein the release rod is arranged on the handle through at least two release rod rivets, and the side surface of the rear end of the release rod is provided with a smooth concave part; the handle is connected with a clamping jaw through a clamping jaw spring; one end of the clamping jaw is arranged on the smooth concave part, and teeth of the clamping jaw are arranged at the other end of the clampingjaw; an anti-collision gap is formed between the end, arranged on the smooth concave part, of the clamping jaw and the interface of the rear end of the releasing rod, and the anti-collision gap is atleast 2 mm; and the support and the release rod are located on the same side and connected with a tooth block in a clamped mode, and teeth of the tooth block face the clamping jaw and are meshed withteeth of the clamping jaw
