The invention discloses a depth-keeping sleeve and an apical operation guide plate capable of being used in cooperation with the same. The depth-keeping sleeve comprises a sleeve body with two openingends; and the sleeve body can match a positioning hole in a guide plate in a nested mode and can match an apical surgical operation instrument. The guide plate comprises a guide plate body which is composed of a bone surface part, an occlusion surface part, a tongue surface part and a lip surface part; and a positioning hole is formed in the bone surface part. According to the invention, since the sleeve and the guide plate are arranged and the sleeve is inserted into the positioning hole in the guide plate body, combined usage with the apical surgical operation instrument is promoted, the damage to peripheral gingival soft tissues is avoided and thus postoperative recovery of a patient is facilitated; besides, the sleeve body has a depth keeping effect and thus the surgeon can better grasp the excision depth to
