The sequences of the primers and the probe are as follows: F-primer: 5'-CCGAATTTGCTTACCGCTTGAAGGTTAAAGCAGGC-3', R-primer: 5'-GTCCAAATTGAATAGTTTTCTATATACATAAGATC-3'; Probe: 5'-AGGTCTAGCGCAGATCGAGGGTAAGTACAATAATCTCCAAAAGATAA-3'. The probe is labeled witha fluorophore, a quencher and THF; the fluorophore and the quencher are both labeled on a T base, and the spacing between the fluorophore and the quencher is 1-5nt; the THF is arranged between the fluorophore and the quencher; the distance from the THF to the 5' end of the probe is greater than or equal to 30 nt; and the distance from the THF to the 3' end of the probe is greater than or equal to15 nt.
