The sea cucumber beverage is prepared from the following components by mass: 300-500 g of sea cucumber cerebroside, 60-70 g of cassia seeds, 30-40 g of hawthorn and 20-30 g of wolfberry. The preparation method comprises the following steps: cleaning the cassia seeds, hawthorn and wolfberry, adding water, and carrying out boilingat 100 DEG C for 30-40 minutes, wherein a mass ratio of water to all the plants is 1: 1.5; and carrying out cooling to room temperature, performing filtering to obtain clear liquid, uniformly mixing the clear liquid with the sea cucumber cerebroside, and carrying out sterilizing and packaging.
