The invention discloses a batch production device for extracellular vesicles. The device comprises a culture medium storage module used for preparing and storing a culture medium, a cell culture module used for batch multiplication culture of cells and promotion of release of extracellular vesicles, an extracellular vesicle separation module used for extracellular vesicle separation, a waste liquid collecting module used for collecting and separating a residual waste liquid after extracellular vesicles are separated, and a central control system, wherein the culture medium storage module is communicated with the cell culture module through a pipeline, the cell culture module is communicated with the extracellular vesicle separation module through a pipeline, the extracellular vesicle separation module is communicated with the waste liquid collection module through a pipeline and each pipeline is provided with an element which is controlled by a central control system to start and stopor communicate and block
