A filter structure capable of reducing the electric conductivity of liquid, hydrogen production equipment thereof, applications thereof, and a filtering method using the filter structure. The filter structure is provided with a filter body, wherein a water inlet is disposed on the top of the filter body and a water outlet is arranged on the bottom of same. A nucleon-level resin filter element is disposed in the filter body. When water flows into the water inlet, the nucleon-level resin filter element adsorbs impurities and reduces the electric conductivity, and the filtered water can be supplied to a proton exchange membrane hydrogen production module for use. Herein, the water raw material can be high-conductivity water bodies, such as tap water, which is filtered by means of the nucleon-level resin filter element to reduce the electric conductivity, so that the water raw material reaches the standard of pure water, thus reducing cost of pure water.
