Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a power conversion device equipped with a plurality of drive units and capable of continuing to drive a motor when abnormality occurs. The power conversion device 1000 is provided with: afirst inverter 120 connected to one ends of windings M1, M2, M3 of respective phases of a motor 200 having n phases (n is an integer of 3 or more); a second inverter 130 connected to the other ends ofthe windings of the respective phases; and at least two drive units 351, 352 for driving n H-bridges having the windings of the n phases, n legs of the first inverter, and n legs of the second inverter.
