The buffer module is used for converting high input impedance into low output impedance and clamping the highest voltage of the input terminal at a preset voltage value; the voltage/current conversion module is used for converting a voltage signal output by the buffer module into a current signal, the zero-flux isolation module is used for converting and outputting the current signal converted by the voltage/current conversion module in proportion through the current transformer, and finally the current/voltage conversion module is used for converting the amplified current signal into the voltage signal to be output.
