Battery activation control system and method

The invention relates to a battery activation control method. The method comprises the following steps: activation parameters are set in a main control unit; a detection circuit collects activation data of a storage battery pack; the main control unit is used for judging whether an activation condition is met or not, when the activation condition is not met according to the activation data acquired by the detection circuit, inputting current to charge the storage battery pack and supply power to the load at the same time, and when the activation condition is met, disconnecting the input current, supplying power to the load by the storage battery pack, and when the activation stopping condition is met, inputting current to charge the storage battery pack and supply power to the load at thesame time; the storage battery pack executes a discharging process; and the main control unit calculates related data in the discharging process of the battery pack and displays the related data in the display circuit.
