The invention provides a blacklist vehicle inspection method and system for a truck ETC lane system. The method comprises the steps of acquiring vehicle-mounted label account information, IC card account information and truck license plate number information of a current truck; obtaining a networking blacklist full scale table with a highest version number and a networking blacklist increment table with a highest version number; inquiring the networking blacklist full scale table and the networking blacklist increment table respectively according to at least one of the vehicle-mounted label account information, the IC card account information and the truck license plate number information; and determining the state of the current truck according to the state information of at least one ofthe vehicle-mounted label account information, the IC card account information and the truck license plate number information corresponding to the current truck in the blacklist version correspondingto the current truck.
