When atoms are jointly generated based on multiple atomic clocks, a decentration methodis adopted, each atomic clock participating in calculation serves as a node, each node can express the calculation result of the atomic time, and when a measurement reference clock is abnormal, a measurement reference atomic clock does not need to be replaced, so that the application range is expanded, and manpower and time are saved; the atomic time is a result jointly expressed by all nodes, namely the deviation between the clock face readings of all the atomic clocks and the atomic time, so that the calculation accuracy of the atomic time is improved; and measurement data of each atomic clock is directly used for correcting the atomic clock, and the calculation process is simplified.
