According to the invention, a virtual sound source construction method is established, a virtual sound source wave superposition technology is introduced into submarine self-noise forecasting, in a condition that the real excitation source information does not need to be mastered, vibration response measured and obtained by a limited number of vibration sensors on a structure near a hull sonar platform is used as input, and a plurality of simple virtual sources are constructed to match limited vibration on the surface of the structure, so that superposition of sound wave fields of the simple virtual sources is just matched with the measured structure vibration, and self-noise generated by the structure vibration can be solved through the constructed simple virtual sources.
