The cam set includes a shaft, a first and a second cam pivotally engaged with the shaft,wherein the shaft drives the first cam and the second cam to rotate, so as to drive the ratchet pawl to engage with a gear wheel that is pivotally engaged with a shaft member and to stop the shaft member.
