Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a light-dimming and noise-eliminating door and window. The light-dimming and noise-eliminating door and window comprises an outer frame, wherein an inner frame is rotationallyconnected to the middle position between the left inner side and the right inner side of the outer frame through rotating shafts, a clamping device is arranged at the top end of the outer frame, a glass body is mounted in the inner frame and comprises a first transparent glass layer and a second transparent glass layer, a hollow cavity is formed between the first transparent glass layer and the second transparent glass layer, a baffle plate is connected to inside of the hollow cavity in a sliding manner, adjusting devices for adjusting the vertical position of the baffle plate are fixedly connected with two sides of the baffle plate, a cleaning device is arranged on the front side of the glass body, and a liquid inlet is formed in the bottom of the inner frame and communicates with the hollow cavity. The light-dim
