Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a heat treatment optimization method for carburized steel bearing rings. The method comprises the following steps that a thermal physical property, a CCT curve, a TTT curve anda hardening capacity curve are obtained; according to all curves and an established initial heat treatment process, a heat treatment simulation model under coupling of a temperature field, a tissue field and a stress field of a carburized steel bearing ring is established, and the carburizing steel bearing ring is subjected to heat treatment process simulation to obtain martensite, hardness, carburized layer and stress tracking data of each part of the bearing ring; if the data meets the requirement, the bearing ring is subjected to heat treatment according to the initial heat treatment process; and if the requirement is not met, the parameters are adjusted to recalculate the data, and if the data at the moment meets the requirement, the data is used as the heat treatment process parameterof the bearing ring.
