Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a foamed thermoplastic elastomer material for 3D printing and a preparation method thereof. The foamed thermoplastic elastomer material comprises a thermoplastic elastomer, diffusion oil and a foaming microsphere with a core-shell structure, the shell of the foaming microsphere is a copolymer of two or three substances of methacrylate, acrylonitrile and methacrylonitrile,and the core of the foaming microsphere is isoalkane of C4-C8. The preparation method has no need for secondary processing like twin-screw, a molten material can be directly extruded in a single screw, then slow cooling is achieved through air cooling, so that a foaming agent can achieve uniform and full foaming in a wire and does not break easily, after primary shaping in hot water, cooling by cold water is conducted, and winding is carried out to obtain a finished product.
