The daylighting panel comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 40 parts of o-benzene type unsaturated polyester resin, 15-30 parts of polycarbonate, 1-5 parts of silicon boride, 2-7 parts of epoxy resin, 3-10 parts of an acrylic emulsion, 2-5 parts of ceramic fibers, 2-5 parts of glass fibers, 0.5-2 parts of magnesium oxide whiskers, 1-5 parts of isooctadecanol, 0.5-3 parts of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.5-1 part of sucrose fatty acid ester, 1-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5-1 part of sodium citrate, 1.5-2.5 parts of triisopropyl alcohol tertiary amine titanate and 0.5-1.5parts of an accelerant.
