Tile layout reconstruction method capable of adapting to size of decoding frame buffer and related video decoding device

A tile layout reconstruction method is used for a video bitstream decoding device. The method comprises the following steps of: judging a region of interest of an original image of an input bit streamaccording to a geographic position so as to capture interest map block data of the region of interest; reconstructing a tile layout of the input bitstream according to the interest tile data; and adjusting a decoding frame cache address of a current tile according to the tile layout when it is judged that the current tile in a plurality of tiles of the input bit stream belongs to the region of interest. 一种图块布局重建方法，用于一视频比特流解码装置。该方法包含根据一地理位置，判断一输入比特流的一原始图像的一兴趣区，以撷取该兴趣区的兴趣图块数据；根据该兴趣图块数据，重建该输入比特流的一图块布局；以及当判断该输入比特流的多个图块中的一当前图块属于该兴趣区时，根据该图块布局，调整该当前图块的解码帧缓存地址。
