In the process of setting a PUSCH pilot signal sequence, two sequences of group hopping and cyclic shift factors are generated according to a radio frame number, a subframe number and an intra-subframe pilot sequence number during generation, so that a PUSCH pilot signal is finally obtained based on the two sequences. The two sequences are formed by the radio frame number, the subframe number and the intra-subframe pilot sequence number. According to the method and the device, the pilot sequences and the generation modes of the time domain symbols of the same radio frame are consistent under different scheduling modes, so that the pilot signal interference of the neighbor cell is randomized, the PUSCH pilot signal sequence can be generated by adopting the same parameter and mode under different scheduling modes, and the implementation complexity is reduced.
