According to the method, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylic acid and sodium hexametaphosphateare used as dispersants, and are pre-dispersed on a high-speed dispersion machine according to a reasonable ratio, and grinding is performed for a certain time by using a nanometer grinding machine toobtain the stable nanometer titanium dioxide dispersion emulsion. The nanometer titanium dioxide dispersion liquid prepared by the method has characteristics of adjustable solid content, highly stable solution, neutral PH value, non-toxic and easily-available dispersing agent, D90 particle size of lower than 80 nm and excellent photocatalysis effect, and can be applied to various fields, and themethod is suitable for large-scale production.
