Zusammenfassung:An embodiment of the invention discloses a radio height simulation device and a radio height simulation method. The radio height simulation device comprises an optical transmitter, an optical receiver, an optical fiber and a power divider, wherein the optical transmitter can receive a frequency modulation continuous wave signal transmitted from an altimeter, subjects the received frequency modulation continuous wave signal to processing such as filtering, frequency modulation, phase locking and amplification, then converting the frequency modulation continuous wave signal into an optical signal, and transmitting the optical signal to the optical receiver by means of the optical fiber; the optical receiver can convert the optical signal transmitted by means of the optical fiber into an electric signal, performs amplification, shaping and the like processing on the electric signal, generates a frequency modulation continuous wave signal used for simulating the signal transmitted by meansof the altimeter, and tr
