Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses equipment and a method for identifying, positioning and detecting welding seams on a pipeline. The equipment mainly comprises a welding seam scanning and positioning robot body, a chip set, three groups of phase laser scanning devices and a welding seam detection trolley. The method includes scanning and sampling a welding seam segment to be detected, identifying and comparing images of the welding seam segment to be detected, laser scanning for three-dimensional imaging, positioning the phase difference of the welding seams and detecting the welding seam rays. According to the method, the welding seams on the pipeline can be automatically identified, positioned and detected, so that the detection efficiency of the welding seams is greatly improved, and the accuracyof the welding seam detection is improved; and meanwhile, the welding seam segment is generated into a three-dimensional visual graph and stored in the process of identifying the welding seams on thepipeline, and the three-d
