The photothermal engineering heliostat driving reducer includes a high-speed level input planetary reducer, an intermediate flange, a rigid disk, two cycloidal gears distributed at 180 degrees and an output shaft. The two cycloidal gears are arranged between the rigid disk and the output shaft, and the rigid disk is connected with the output shaft. An input gear is installed on an output shaft of the planetary reducer, and the input gear penetrates through the intermediate flange and meshes with a group of planetarygears. The group of planetary gears includes three same planetary gears, and the three planetary gears are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction.
