The power generation system comprises two subsystems including a heat collection system which collects waste heat of the server, and an Organic Rankine Cycle power generation system which transforms the server waste heat collected by the heat collection system into electric energy. The heat collection system which collects the server waste heat comprises the heat dissipation server and a heat pipe. The Organic Rankine Cycle power generation system comprises a heat exchanger, a first thermometer, a first pressure meter, an expansion machine, an electric generator, a condensation heat exchanger, a cooling working medium loop, a valve, a second pressure meter, a second thermometer and a throttling valve.
