Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to novel environment-friendly high-barrier direct plating paper and a preparation process thereof. The direct plating paper sequentially comprises a back coating, a raw paper layer, a bottom coating, an aluminum plating layer and a surface coating from bottom to top, wherein the back coating is a water-based coating coated on the back surface of raw paper, the bottom coatingand the surface coating are EB cured coatings, and the aluminum plating layer is a metal aluminum layer plated on a bottom coating barrier layer in a vacuum evaporation manner and having a preset thickness.
