Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a rack gear bolt device and a using method of the rack gear bolt device. The rack gear bolt device comprises a mounting block, a rotating shaft, bearings, gears, a first rack and a second rack. The mounting block is provided with a first penetrating hole, a second penetrating hole and a third penetrating hole, wherein the first penetrating hole is used for mounting the rotating shaft, and the second penetrating hole and the third penetrating hole are used for mounting the first rack and the second rack. The first penetrating hole is spatially perpendicular to the secondpenetrating hole and the third penetrating hole. Two key grooves are formed in the rotating shaft, and the gears are fixed to the rotating shaft through flat keys correspondingly. The rotating shaftis mounted in the first penetrating hole, the first rack is mounted in the second penetrating hole, and the second rack is mounted in the third penetrating hole. The bearings are arranged at the two ends of the rotating shaft.
