Garbage separation processing system and method

The invention relates to a garbage separation processing system and method. The system comprises a centralized processing device (1) which is used for separating domestic wastewater from kitchen garbage. The centralized processing device (1) is connected with a wastewater pipeline (2) and a garbage pipeline (3). The wastewater pipeline (2) is connected with a sewer pipeline, and the separated domestic wastewater flows into the sewer pipeline through the wastewater pipeline (2) and then flows away from the sewer pipeline. The garbage pipeline (3) is connected with a garbage collecting station (4), and the separated kitchen garbage is delivered to the garbage collecting station (4) through the garbage pipeline (3) and processed by the garbage collecting station (4). It is allowed to pour kitchen garbage and wastewater into a sink together, and the kitchen garbage can be rapidly separated out to be centralizedly processed.
