Wine decanter

A main structure of the wine decanter comprises a storage tank, a temperature regulating device, a quantitative adding device, a liquid feeding pump, a liquid discharging pump, a circulation pump and a control system. Through the quantitative adding device, modified chitosan is added onto a filter screen; in the wine circulation process, the wine is in sufficient contact with air for wine decanting; sulfites in the wine are removed through the modified chitosan; meanwhile, the temperature is regulated through a semiconductor refrigerator, so that the wine reaches a temperature more suitable for drinking; and the integration of decanting, desulfurization and temperature regulation is realized. 本发明公开一种醒酒机，涉及醒酒机技术领域，主要结构包括储罐、调温装置、定量添加装置、进液泵、出液泵、循环泵和控制系统；通过定量添加装置将改性壳聚糖添加到过滤网上，在葡萄酒循环的过程中，葡萄酒与空气充分接触进行醒酒，并由改性壳聚糖去除葡萄酒中的亚硫酸盐，同时通过半导体制冷器调节温度，使葡萄酒达到更加适宜饮用的温度，实现了醒酒、脱硫、调温的一体化。
