The device comprises an endoscope lens, an input output module and a controller, wherein the endoscope lens is fixed on a rigidsupporting mechanism; the input output module is used for receiving a control instruction of a user; and the controller is used for controlling the rigid supporting mechanism to drive the endoscope lens to carry out omnibearing viewing in a detected water heater liner according to the control instruction of the user.
