The drying and airing device comprises a box body, wherein a drying chamber and a working chamber are arranged in the box body,a drying rack used for placing dried objects is arranged in the drying chamber, the drying chamber is separated from the working chamber by a disinfecting layer, a supporting frame is arranged in theworking chamber, a compressor is arranged below the supporting frame, an evaporator, a condenser and a fan are arranged above the supporting frame respectively, one end of the condenser is connectedwith the compressor through a pipeline, the other end of the condenser is respectively connected with a flowmeter and the evaporator through a three-way pipe, a heat pump condenser is arranged above the box body, the heat pump condenser is respectively connected with the evaporator and the compressor through the pipeline, and the heat pump condenser is further connected with a pipeline whose outlet is arranged outside the b
