Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a semi-floating multi-shaft shoulder stirring tool and method. The semi-floating multi-shaft shoulder stirring tool comprises a first stirring tool and a second stirring tool which are coaxially assembled, the bottom end of the first stirring tool is provided with a coaxial hole recessed inwards, the upper end of the second stirring tool is provided with a convex connectingrod, the connecting rod is inserted into the coaxial hole, and therefore the first stirring tool and the second stirring tool are fastened together; and the coaxial hole is provided with a first keyway in the circumferential direction, a second keyway is formed in the connecting rod in the circumferential direction, the first keyway and the second keyway are connected through a key, and thereforethe first stirring tool and the second stirring tool can achieve relative sliding in the axial direction.
