Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for generating a charge density wave by constructing a two-dimensional transverse heterojunction, which is used for successfully generating the charge density wave atan interface by changing the relative position of P atoms at the interface. The generation of charge density waves is caused by the peierls instability of P atoms at the interface, and is periodicallymodulated in space. The total energy of the Peierls type system is lower than that of the Peierls type system before deformation, which indicates that the Peierls type system is more stable. Generation of charge density waves accompanies opening of a system band gap, and lattice deformation leads to splitting of a semi-filled energy band into a bonded state and an anti-bonded state. Molecular dynamics simulation proves that the peierls type system can stably exist at a certain temperature. A simple P atom chain is of a zigzag structure, and it is proved that the transverse heterostructure plays a decisive role in gene |
