Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a device and a method for measuring an ionic wind speed. The device comprises a balance beam, wherein one end of the balance beam is provided with a stress flat plate, and thestress flat plate is subjected to the action of an ionic wind driving force from the vertical direction, thus the stress flat plate deflects slightly; and a laser displacement sensor installed at theother end of the balance beam records the displacement of the balance beam. The method comprises the steps of: utilizing a micro electromagnetic driver for correction to obtain a linear relation graphbetween an input voltage of the micro electromagnetic driver and the deflection displacement of the balance beam; acquiring a correction factor, and further acquiring a corrected ionic wind propulsive force; and calculating an effective average wind speed according to a relation between the ionic wind propulsive force and the wind speed.
