Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an auxiliary lubricating structure of a transmission and a speed reducer. The auxiliary lubricating structure of the transmission device is arranged in a shell which is provided with a transmission mechanism and stores lubricating oil. The transmission mechanism comprises an oil stirring portion partially dipped in the lubricating oil. The auxiliary lubricating structure of the transmission device comprises a supply portion which is fixedly arranged in the shell and partially dipped in the lubricating oil and an oil supply channel formed on the oil supply portion and further comprises an oil feeding portion which is arranged on the oil supply portion and located below the static liquid level of the lubricating oil. The oil feeding portion comprises at least two oilinlets which are located at different heights and communicate with the oil supply groove.
