Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for low-carbon-aluminum killed steel improving RH vacuum tank melting cold steel efficiency. The method comprises the following steps that 1, after low-carbon-aluminumkilled steel is subjected to RH refining and RH vacuum breaking, a steel ladle is lowered to the position where the distance between the liquid surface of steel ladle top slag and the lower port endof a RH dip tube is 400-600 mm; 2, an RH top gun is lowered, and oxygen blowing is controlled to enable molten scrap steel liquid to be discharged to the steel ladle top slag surface through the dip tube; and 3, after the oxygen blowing is finished, the steel ladle is lowered to the ground. The method has the advantages of being simple and convenient in operation, high in efficiency and the like,is suitable for popularization and application of similar steel plants in China, and has remarkable economic benefits.
