Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a waterproof anti-cracking fully-recycled aggregate foamed block based on a macro-micro double-pore structure and a preparation method thereof. The waterproof anti-cracking fully-recycled aggregate foamed block comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01-0.04% of polyvinyl alcohol fibers, 50%-60% of fully-recycled aggregate, 0.1%-0.5% of a water reducingagent, 15%-20% of Portland cement;, 2%-4% of fly ash, 0.1%-0.4% of a foaming agent and 0.01%-0.04% of an air entraining agent, with the balance being water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the above components except the recycled aggregate in proportion under stirring, and performing sufficient foaming for 2-3 minutes; adding the graded and adjusted full-recycled aggregate into the formed mixed solution, and carrying out stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed; and pouring the obtained material into a mold, and carrying out maintaining under natural conditions.
