Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a hydrogen separation and water gas reforming integrated ultrahigh-pressure hydrogen production system. The system comprises a reformer, a three-phase heat exchange device, asteam trap, a water-cooled heat exchanger, a carbon dioxide liquefaction device and a hydrogen separation and water gas reforming integrated device, the pump pressure of a liquid pump is 40-100 Mpa, the operating temperature of the water-cooled heat exchanger is smaller than or equal to 30.8 DEG C, and pure hydrogen is fed into a hydrogen storage tank under the pump pressure of the liquid pump. Anultrahigh-pressure hydrogen production method comprises the following steps: carrying out a reforming reaction on methanol-water steam in the reformer to generate a mixed gas of hydrogen, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide, feeding the obtained hydrogen mixed residual gas into the water gas reforming cavity of the water gas reforming integrated device, and distributing water to prepare a reformedmixed gas; and feeding the
