Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a PF line insulation device and method for improving scale cinder stripping performance. The device comprises a PF production line and an insulation corridor, wherein the PF production line is arranged in the insulation corridor, the insulation corridor is of a semi-closed structure and comprises a top cover and two side walls, one or more auxiliary heating devices are arranged on each side wall, and one or more thermodetectors are arranged on one side wall and connected to a process monitoring system.
