Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an anion-cation polyelectrolyte composite material and a salt-inhibition-method preparation process thereof. The preparation process comprises the following steps: deliveringa mixed solution which mainly comprises a cationic polyelectrolyte, an anionic polyelectrolyte, a monovalent salt and a solvent I into a solvent II for solidification forming to obtain the anion-cation polyelectrolyte composite material, wherein the monovalent salt is a salt composed of monovalent metal ions and monovalent anions, the solvent II can be dissolved with the solvent I in any proportion, and the solvent II and the solvent I cannot dissolve the anion-cation polyelectrolyte composite material.
