The preparation method of the magnetic solid-phase extraction agent comprises the following steps: taking CoFe2O4/GS nano-particles modified by the Guanfu base A as a template molecule, NVP and AA as functional monomers, MBA as a cross-linking agent, H2O2-Vc as an initiator and KH570 as a coupling agent to serve as a magnetic carrier, and preparing the magnetic solid-phase extraction agent by adopting a surface molecular imprinting technology.
