The specific operation comprises the following steps of adding a fluorescent display reagent after the organicphosphorus pesticide is hydrolyzed in the cuvette, placing the solution in the casing, finding that the solution emits fluorescence under ultraviolet light irradiation, photographing the fluorescencewith the smart equipment for gray-scaled processing, further calculating the concentration of organophosphorus pesticide residues, and outputting the test results.
