The bismuth titanate-nickel ferrite composite film prepared by the preparation method is free of impurity phase and pure in sample, good in magnetic property at room temperature, and controllable in dielectric constant magnetic field. 本发明公开了一种钛酸铋-铁酸镍多铁性复合薄膜的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：1）配置溶液；2）镀膜。这种方法制备的钛酸铋-铁酸镍复合薄膜无杂相，样品纯，在室温下具有良好的磁性，且介电常数磁场可控。
