The porous modified adsorbent is prepared by sinteringa material comprising thermoplastic polymer resin and a solid-phase extraction adsorbent, wherein the thermoplastic polymer resin is polyethylene (PE) and/or polypropylene (PP) and/or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or polystyrene (PS) and/or polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET) and/or nylon (PA).
