Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a LF refining and desulfurization method of anti-acid pipeline steel. The method comprises the following steps: after deoxidation completion of a converter, molten steel and top slag, argon is continuously introduced; lime, fluorite and aluminous deoxidation agents are fed to enable the component mass ratios of the top slag to meet the following requirements: (55+-2)% of CaO, (25+-2)% of Al2O3, (8+-2)% of SiO2, (5+-2)% of MgO, and (4+-2)% of CaF2; in the converter tapping process, the argon blowing operation at the bottom of a ladle is adopted in the whole process; andfinally, the temperature measurement and the tapping are performed to obtain the anti-acid pipeline steel. In order to guarantee that finished products have excellent characteristic of H2S corrosion resistance, the molten steel meets the requirement of ultralow sulfur content.
